How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Customers who ship their orders within EU, should expect to receive their orders within five (5) to ten (10) working days once payment has been verified and depending on the volume of orders received.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, please contact our customer service immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
My order never arrived.(Damaged or Lost)
Please make sure that all of the items in your order have shipped before you worry about loss. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Our team begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, therefore with this reason we are unable to make changes or cancel orders. However, you can initiate a return through our contact form.
Can I exchange my order?
At this moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like to make an exchange, please initiate a return of the the unused goods to us using our returns page and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site. Please take a look at our returns T’s&C’s.
How do I return my order?
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
Do you ship to my country?
During checkout we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
